Ascenders Academy is a six-month, sponsored mentoring program that connects emerging designers with tools, skills, and community relationships to take them to the next level of their careers.
Being a mentor gives you an opportunity to share your professional experience with emerging designers and build leadership and management skills. If you have an interest in teaching and are looking to give back to the creative community, you will be an excellent fit for our mentorship program.
There will be a minimum time commitment of 1 hour per month during the 6-month program where you will be meeting with your mentees and helping guide them through the next step of their career path.

Mentees will be paired with a creative professional to help guide them on the next steps for their career growth. This program will require them to attend monthly workshops and meet for a minimum of one hour per month with their mentor. We will also provide professional development workshops to help jumpstart their creative network.
